Job Description
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and achieving favorable patient outcomes by utilizing nursing expertise with compassion and efficiency. These dysfunctions stem from the weakening of the pelvic floor's muscles, connective tissues, and neural support, resulting in issues with the lower urinary tract, gastrointestinal tract, and pelvic organs. Typical ailments include stress and urgency urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, voiding problems, and defecatory disorders. Treatment options range from holistic conservative approaches like behavior modifications, pelvic floor therapy, and medication usage to advanced reconstructive surgeries and minimally invasive procedures.
Essential Job Function:
- Assesses patient requirements and health status for administering appropriate nursing services in the designated ward, guaranteeing all patients receive personalized and adequate attention.
- Evaluates patient data, such as medical background, test findings, and existing state, in order to craft customized nursing care strategies.
- Organizes nursing procedures like dispensing medications and therapies to deliver thorough and efficient patient treatment.
- Ensures the precision and adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal protocols by comparing medical documents.
- Assessing how patients react to treatments and recognizing the necessity for further interventions to achieve specific care objectives.
- Works together with a diverse care team to guarantee efficient planning of patient care.

Education
- Required: Associate's Degree in NursingPreferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Experience
- Required: 1 year as a Registered NursePreferred: 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required:Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact stateBLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
