Overview:
The RN Per Diem is accountable for ensuring top-notch patient care by applying their nursing knowledge and experience to achieve positive medical outcomes. Under the guidance of senior medical staff, this role works in partnership with other healthcare providers to address complex cases and deliver optimal patient care during designated shifts.
Responsibilities:
Acts as a vital part of the healthcare team and assists in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating patients through various assessments and interventions.
Processing patient information plays a pivotal role in guiding healthcare decision-making and treatment options.
Supports medical professionals in executing prescribed medical interventions and treatments with a focus on strict protocol adherence and patient safety.
Enhances patient outcomes through coordinated care and improved communication among members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Seeking the advice and recommendations of established medical professionals in order to navigate complex patient situations and challenging healthcare environments and provide top-notch patient care.
Undertakes different duties as assigned.
