Overview:
At the heart of quality healthcare delivery is the role of an RN in providing compassionate and efficient nursing care. This role operates under broad supervision, utilizing comprehensive nursing knowledge and promoting nursing practices that lead to positive patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
The nursing staff in the assigned unit conducts assessments of individual patient needs and conditions to provide customized care and ensure that every patient receives the direct care they require.
Develops nursing care plans that incorporate patient's medical history and diagnostic reports to provide highly individualized care.
Executes nursing techniques, such as prescriptions administration and treatment facilitation for complete patient wellness.
Examines healthcare records to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry and organizational requirements.
Checks patient reaction to treatments and identifies any further actions needed to fulfill predetermined care targets.
Cooperates with the care team to create a well-coordinated plan for patient care.
Conducts further duties as assigned.
