East at Moses Cone campus is a rapid-paced, teamwork-oriented Cardiac Progressive Care unit with 30 beds dedicated to patients primarily suffering from heart failure, acute coronary syndrome, and those in pre/post catheterization or pacemaker placement stages. The unit boasts a dedicated team that offers a structured and compassionate approach to patient care in a professional setting. Emphasizing open communication, continuous learning, and mutual support, the staff align around the central objective of collectively tending to their patients.

The Nursing Manager supervises a group of skilled individuals to provide top-notch nursing care. This position involves supervising the implementation of policies and strategies to achieve immediate outcomes and guiding the implementation of crucial divisional, departmental, or collaborative projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversees a group of skilled experts to guarantee the provision of top-notch services.
Guides the implementation of significant divisional, departmental, or collaborative projects by setting precise objectives, aims, and standards for successful communication and completion.
Guides the team in creating and executing procedures to guarantee compliance with company regulations and industry standards.
Suggests options and proposals for improved methods, using expertise and understanding to maximize results and efficiency.
