Job Description
The People Solutions Navigator III is the primary liaison for team members and leaders when it comes to specialized Human Resources matters. With autonomy in managing typical cases, this position showcases outstanding customer service to tackle diverse problems, organizes complicated business operations, and delivers expert support tailored to specific departmental demands.
Essential Job Function:
- Proposes advice on specific HR queries in line with official guidelines and policies for the resolution of employee problems.
- Takes charge of introducing new projects in Human Resources focused on fostering a culture of continuous learning and improving employee morale.
- Supports conflict resolution through the utilization of communication methods to calm down the situation.
- Ensures familiarity with up-to-date legislation and HR protocols for making accurate decisions when addressing employee concerns.
- Ensures that the HR Knowledge Base remains up-to-date by integrating any relevant data that could influence processes.
- Provides exclusive insights into important areas of the business such as Operational Procedures and System Functionality, Conformity with Regulations, Advanced Employee Onboarding, Management of Absences and Workplace Injuries, as well as Reward Program Oversight.
- Functions as a mentor to less experienced colleagues, aiding in their development and enhancement within the team.
- Executes any other responsibilities as designated.
Education
- Required: Associate's Degree
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Required: 5 years of related experience; Leave of Absence experience preferred.
