Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care and applies nursing knowledge to ensure effective medical care and positive patient outcomes on a per diem basis. While working under close supervision, this role works collaboratively with the healthcare team and seeks guidance from senior medical professionals to address challenging circumstances to ensure optimal patient care on designated daily shifts.
Responsibilities:
Participates in performing patient evaluations, physical examinations, and therapies to support individualized and thorough patient care regularly.
Backs the scrutiny of patient records to steer medical conclusions, management schemes, and steps.
Collaborates in the implementation of prescribed medical interventions and treatments to ensure adherence to protocols and safeguard patient well-being.
Collaborates with various healthcare disciplines to facilitate communication and streamline care delivery, aiming to improve patient outcomes.
Seeks advice from senior medical experts on managing complex patient situations and navigating challenging healthcare circumstances to promote superior patient care.
