Overview:
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care in a clinic setting. Working under close supervision, this role collaborates with physicians or APP providers to ensure an efficient and safe clinic environment is promoted through well-defined clinical processes and an adherence to established protocols. The Clinic RN will also perform administrative work as needed, such as reconciling information across various healthcare documents, including patient records, physician notes, diagnostic reports, and treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Assesses clinical protocols, practices, and procedures to confirm alignment with organizational standards and regulatory obligations.
Offers immediate patient assistance; completes detailed assessments, provides medications and treatments, and observes patients' well-being for optimal health improvements.
Oversees and evaluates the tasks of entry-level employees, offering instruction, critiques, and encouragement to enhance the standard of service provision and personal advancement.
Working together with interdisciplinary groups to coordinate patient services, foster effective communication, and maintain consistent care standards across various healthcare settings.
Executes any other assigned responsibilities.

Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
