Overview:
The RN Per Diem is tasked with delivering exceptional patient care and utilizing their nursing expertise to ensure favorable medical outcomes on a daily, as-needed basis. Working in close collaboration with a healthcare team, this role seeks guidance from seasoned medical professionals to address complex situations and provide the best possible patient care during their designated shift.
Responsibilities:
Helps improve patient outcomes by providing support to healthcare professionals in delivering individualized care and conducting patient evaluations.
The evaluation of patient information aids in making informed decisions about medical care, strategies, and actions.
Assumes responsibility for the proper execution of prescribed medical interventions and treatments, ensuring compliance with protocols and prioritizing patient safety.
Works with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes by promoting effective communication and coordinated care.
Soliciting the expertise and insight of senior medical professionals when navigating dicey patient situations and complicated healthcare environments in order to provide exceptional patient care.
Carries out additional tasks as directed.
