Overview:
The Cone Health Administrative Fellowship offers a dynamic two-year program aimed at giving Fellows a thorough understanding of the key elements of the Cone Health organization. Individuals who are proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic about healthcare are encouraged to submit their applications for the 2026-2028 Cone Health Administrative Fellowship. Application Requirements:
The 2026-2028 Cone Health Administrative Fellowship is open to anyone with a graduate degree including but not limited to MHA, MBA, MPH, and MSHA. All coursework and degrees must be completed by May 2026. Applicants who must complete a fellowship to fulfill a graduation are welcomed to apply.

The Administrative Fellowship is a full-time (benefits eligible) position.
Responsibilities:
The goal of the Administrative Fellowship program is to cultivate future healthcare administration professionals. Administrative Fellows are expected to apply and enhance the expertise and insights gained from their graduate studies and prior professional engagements in a structured healthcare environment. This program aims to offer fellows various chances to:
Gain a hands-on comprehension of how clinical and administrative functions collaborate within a healthcare institution.
Advance the creation of a personal ethical code and commitment to the elevated principles and benchmarks necessary for a profession in healthcare management.
Enhance the individual's grasp of the theories and fundamental ideas outlined in the educational segment of their curriculum.
Enhance abilities in leadership, decision-making, critical thinking, and managerial competencies.
Gain insight into the limitations and restrictions of the healthcare distribution system and the administrator's responsibility in optimizing the caliber of services offered within the system.
Craft objectives for enhancing personal and career growth.

Required:
Master's-prepared individuals who have completed the degree requirements or are candidates (on schedule to complete degree before June 1) in health care administration (MHA), business administration (MBA), public health (MPH), health services administration (MSHA), nursing (MSN), or related field of study. For applicants who must complete a fellowship to fulfill a graduation requirement as part of a graduate program, coursework must be completed prior to the start of the fellowship and fellows must obtain their degree by the end of the first year of the fellowship.
