Job Description
Operating under loose guidance, the Clinic Trainer administers training courses for Cone Health Medical Group personnel, educating them on the technical proficiencies essential for employing the institution's patient-focused software solutions. The trainer plays a key role in imparting knowledge and skills related to CHL CADENCE, PRELUDE, and PB applications to staff members in the organization.
Essential Job Function:
- Manages training program materials, updating them as needed to incorporate new software updates and maintain accurate instructional tools that align with the latest releases.
- Establishes training schemes covering all CHL uses, including conducting classes and organizing teaching sessions.
- Reviews employees after participating in CHL training initiatives to confirm retention and assess program impact.
- Demonstrates a robust familiarity with CHL CADENCE/PRELUCE and PB platforms and their functionalities, coupled with a comprehensive grasp of billing and reimbursement procedures within the healthcare sector.
- The training materials in the library are carefully reviewed to highlight any deficiencies in training resources for CHL applications.
- Executes any other responsibilities as designated.
Education:
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree.
Experience:
- Required: 3 years of related experience.
- Preferred: Experience in Medical Office Access Administration, and Professional Fee Billing.
Licensure/Certification/Listing:
- Required: Satisfactorily completes a Credentialed Trainer Course in the first 6 months that will include the functional application that they will teach.
