Responsibilities:
In an outpatient clinic, the practitioner conducts physical examinations on patients, evaluates their past medical records, and analyzes the findings of diagnostic tests to administer appropriate care.
Administers proactive health screenings tailored to the individual's age, medical background, and specific requirements to prevent health issues.
Provides information to patients and their relatives regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
Keeps a detailed account of patient treatment in various primary care settings to uphold precise patient medical background.
Carries out medical treatments as required by the clinic's protocols and professional responsibilities in ambulatory healthcare facilities.
Identifying methods to enhance outpatient treatment involves evaluating and addressing clinical and systemic challenges.
Carries out additional tasks as required.

Required:
Valid NC RN and Nurse Midwife or NP license OR NC PA license
Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire by either the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA's OR the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for NP's OR the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Certification required for Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers
IVC Certified within 90 days of employment for Behavorial Health Advance Practice Provider
