Job Description
Operating under limited guidance, the Program Manager Senior Certified is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the development and execution of a group of related projects enterprise-wide. This role entails complete ownership of the program, from formulating the approach to delivering the desired results and evaluating post-delivery value. Experience with ServiceNow or other project management software is preferred, as well as a background in IT program and project management. The role is hybrid in nature, requiring on-site presence for 1-2 days weekly.
Essential Job Function:
- Creates a broad plan for sizable projects, considerable time spans, and identifying crucial outputs essential to reach the intended objectives.
- Helps stakeholders grasp the overall body of work more thoroughly and advises a diverse community of individuals involved.
- Directs substantial amounts of work as a consolidated program.
- Establishes frequent communication with executive sponsors to update, coordinate, bargain, and uphold a lasting positive connection and unified vision for the program's success.
- Engaging in a review alongside the executive sponsor and stakeholders helps in identifying natural or tailored program needs and steering the application of appropriate measures.
- Coordinates dependencies among projects in the program and troubleshoots any conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Directs the establishment and management of the necessary program documentation and assets, which may include schedules, meeting notes, communication outlines, and project appraisals.
- Acts on tasks delegated by superiors.
Education
- Required: Master's degree Nursing or master's degree Physician Assistant studies. Physician Assistant employed at Cone Health prior to October 14, 2024, with a Bachelor's degree will have the Master's degree requirement waived provided they have maintained employment and PA licensure with Board Certification.
Experience
- Required: 3+ years
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: Valid NC RN and Nurse Midwife or NP license OR NC PA license Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire by either the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA's OR the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for NP's OR the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Certification required for Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers IVC Certified within 90 days of employment for Behavioral Health Advance Practice Provider.
