To provide compassionate care and ensure positive patient outcomes, an RN must have a deep understanding of nursing practices. This role operates under general supervision, promoting excellence in nursing through the coordination of multidisciplinary patient care.
Responsibilities:
Proper nursing care delivery on the assigned unit necessitates the assessment of patient requirements and medical status, ensuring that all patients receive the care they require.
Provides personalized nursing care plans by analyzing patient's medical histories and diagnostic results, ensuring all their healthcare needs are met.
Conducts nursing interventions, like medication delivery and restorative measures, to provide comprehensive patient support.
Matches healthcare records to confirm compliance and completeness with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Analyses patient response to interventions and identifies additional measures needed to meet defined care objectives.
Collaborates with healthcare professionals from different fields to create a comprehensive care plan.
Carries out extra duties as allocated.
