Overview:
At Sagewell Health & Fitness, individuals have the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the organization by positively impacting the well-being of members at their upcoming Eden, NC site. The Manager Health and Fitness oversees a team of fitness personnel and directs the development and delivery of fitness programs and health initiatives for individuals utilizing the Medical Fitness Center. This pivotal role aids in the success of the center by establishing targets, formulating strategies, and ensuring staff members comply with established guidelines.
Responsibilities:
Oversees and guides a team of fitness professionals, comprising health and fitness specialists, educators, and mentors, by distributing duties, assessing accomplishments, and offering input.
Creates and administers fitness routines, including personal coaching and team workout sessions, that support operational targets.
Formulating a strategy to retain members at the Medical Fitness Center by keeping track of their participation and performing health assessments for all members to reach financial objectives.
Supervises an in-house mechanism dedicated to repairing machines and malfunctioning workout gear to streamline equipment maintenance and enhance member happiness.
Urges the fitness personnel to organize a diverse array of fitness seminars, workshops, and motivation-based exercise schemes to enhance involvement.
Creates strategies to drive increased involvement in all fitness-related activities and programs.
Undertakes tasks as designated.
