Job Description
The Operations Manager at THN is tasked with supervising and controlling the daily and long-term operations of the Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) within Triad HealthCare Network. Their responsibilities include guaranteeing effective and lawful implementation at the operational level, promoting harmony with value-based care goals, and contributing significantly to THN's goal of providing excellent, well-coordinated care while enhancing performance and fiscal viability.
Essential Job Function:
- Designs and executes operational plans, procedures, and projects aimed at enhancing THN's ACO and CIN results.
- Works together with teams from various departments to ensure smooth integration and implementation of ACO/CIN operations.
- Analyzes critical metrics to pinpoint areas that require enhancement and executes necessary interventions.
- Supervises a group of individuals, offering direction, assistance, and evaluations on their performance.
- Guarantees adherence to regulatory mandates and professional norms, with a constant emphasis on excellence and client contentment.
- Develops connections with essential partners such as medical professionals, insurance companies, and local groups to improve teamwork and reach common objectives.
- Carries out additional tasks as required.
- Supervision of the implementation of THN strategy.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Supervising the implementation of THN strategic plans.
Education
- Required: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration
- Preferred: Master Business Administration of Master Healthcare Administration
Experience
- Required: 6 Years in Medical Practice total, 4 Years of Practice Leadership experience
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Preferred: Medical Group Management Association - American College of Medical Practice Executives (MGMA ACMPE)BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
