Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering top-tier patient care and achieving positive patient outcomes through the compassionate and proficient application of nursing knowledge. Under general supervision, this position facilitates the advancement of professional nursing practice by managing patient care through the nursing process and interdisciplinary teamwork.
Responsibilities:
Assesses patient needs and health statuses in the designated area to deliver nursing care tailored to meet the specific requirements of each patient effectively.
Inspects patient information, which may include medical records, diagnostic results, and current state, to create individualized nursing care blueprints.
Conducts nursing processes, including medication administration and treatments, to deliver optimal patient care.
Validates medical records to uphold compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational protocols.
Assesses how patients respond to interventions and determines if additional interventions are necessary to meet defined care goals.
Participates in interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure cohesive care planning processes.
Undertakes extra assignments as designated.
