Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for delivering top-quality patient care and ensuring successful patient outcomes by applying nursing knowledge with compassion and effectiveness. Operating under general supervision, this position advances professional nursing standards by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and cooperating with a range of healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates patient conditions and healthcare needs in the designated unit to ensure the provision of nursing care that is customized and directly addresses their medical concerns.
Scrutinizes patient information, comprising medical history, diagnostic findings, and present condition, to craft individualized nursing care strategies.
Administers nursing procedures like dispensing medication and therapies to deliver thorough and efficient patient care.
Validates medical documentation to uphold accuracy and meet both regulatory and organizational standards.
Monitors patient response to interventions and identifies any additional measures needed to meet defined care objectives.
Collaborates with a cross-functional care team to enhance care planning outcomes.
Carries out additional tasks as requested.
