Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care and applies nursing knowledge to ensure effective medical care and positive patient outcomes on a per diem basis. While working under close supervision, this role works collaboratively with the healthcare team and seeks guidance from senior medical professionals to address challenging circumstances to ensure optimal patient care on designated daily shifts.
Responsibilities:
Helps in executing patient examinations, evaluations, and therapies to facilitate all-encompassing and customized patient care routinely.
Assisting in the examination of patient information to inform healthcare choices, therapy strategies, and actions.
Supports the execution of prescribed medical interventions and treatments to promote adherence to protocols and prioritize patient safety.
Assists in coordinating care and communication among the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.
Seeks guidance from senior medical professionals in handling complex patient situations and challenging healthcare circumstances to achieve the best possible outcomes for patients.
Carries out other assigned responsibilities.
