Overview:
Being a Registered Nurse (RN) entails administering high-quality patient care and securing positive patient outcomes through the caring and effective application of nursing expertise. Responsibilities:

Assimilates patient details, such as healthcare background, diagnostic reports, and present health condition, to formulate individualized nursing care strategies.
Delivers comprehensive and efficient patient care by carrying out nursing procedures such as medication administration and treatments.
Validates medical records to uphold compliance with regulatory guidelines and organizational protocols.
Examines patient reactions to interventions and recognizes any further interventions needed to achieve specified care objectives.
Engages in collaboration with a range of specialists to establish optimal care plans.
Undertakes extra assignments as designated.
