To deliver efficient and effective medical attention, a range of nursing procedures, including treatment and medication administration, are implemented.
Cross-checks medical records to confirm their alignment to both regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
Determines how the patient reacts to treatments and gauges the necessity for further interventions required to attain the established care objectives.
Works in tandem with a team of healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.
