Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering quality patient care that results in positive outcomes. This requires applying their extensive nursing knowledge and skills in an efficient and compassionate manner.
Responsibilities:
Surveys the health prerequisites and status of patients within the specified area to administer nursing assistance, making sure that every individual receives suitable care.
The creation of tailored nursing care modules necessitates the scrutiny of pertinent patient details, comprising health records, diagnostic reports, and prevailing medical conditions.
Nursing processes, which include medication administration and various treatments, must be thoroughly planned and executed to ensure efficient patient care.
Ensures medical records comply with both regulatory and organizational policies to maintain their accuracy.
Assessing patient response to implemented interventions and identifying any additional interventions needed to achieve the predetermined care objectives.
Serves as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team in developing and implementing care plans.
