Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) Per Diem provides high-quality patient care and applies nursing knowledge to ensure effective medical care and positive patient outcomes on a per diem basis. While working under close supervision, this role works collaboratively with the healthcare team and seeks guidance from senior medical professionals to address challenging circumstances to ensure optimal patient care on designated daily shifts.
Responsibilities:
Assists in conducting patient evaluations, examinations, and treatments to foster comprehensive and individualized patient care on a daily basis.
Assisting in the examination of patient information to inform healthcare choices, therapy strategies, and actions.
Works to enforce recommended medical interventions and treatments, emphasizing strict adherence to protocols and enhancing patient safety.
Collaborates with various healthcare disciplines to facilitate communication and streamline care delivery, aiming to improve patient outcomes.
Engages with seasoned healthcare professionals to gain insights and recommendations on complex patient situations and challenging medical conditions in order to enhance patient care.
