Overview:
The Personal Trainer oversees the evaluation of their client's physical condition, designs workout routines, and guides them on dietary choices to help them reach their health and wellness objectives. With supervision in place for regular scenarios, this position plays a pivotal role in boosting clients' determination and encouragement to adhere to their fitness regime.
Responsibilities:
Assisting in the creation and recommendation of personalized exercise routines for individuals and small groups, tailored to their physical evaluation findings and fitness objectives.
Keeps track of client's attendance and payments history using the organization's internal databases. Performs fitness evaluations and discussions to grasp the clients' objectives, physical condition, and health factors.
Encourages and motivates individuals to adhere to regular workout schedules and remain dedicated to their health objectives.
Educates customers and participants on the correct and secure way to use equipment in order to avoid accidents.
Carries out additional tasks as required.
