Job Description

Overview:

Cone Health in Greensboro, North Carolina is looking to hire a BC/BE Neurohospitalist on a relief (PRN) basis to join their neurosciences program at Moses Cone Hospital. Moses Cone Hospital, situated in the state's third largest city, serves as a teaching hospital, Comprehensive Stroke Center, and regional referral center. This position offers a great chance for a Neurologist who values teamwork to become part of the quality-focused Neurohospitalists Team. The ideal candidate should have specialized training in vascular or neurophysiology and possess strong skills in managing acute stroke cases.

Highlights include:

  • 7 On / 7 off schedule, 12-hour shifts, and NO call outside of On-Site shifts, Epic EMR
  • NEW Epilepsy Monitoring Unit with in-house Epileptologist
  • Stroke heavy position (60% Stroke), 18-bed Neuro ICU
  • Consulting Service with backup support from Neuro NP/PA & on-site Vascular Neurologists
  • Great Team Culture, co-led by Medical Director & Administrator
