Job Description
With minimal guidance, the Member Solutions Specialist executes member transactions and manages cash registers to track financial alterations. This role plays a crucial part in advancing the organization's routine activities and cultivating relationships with new and potential members through exceptional customer support.
Essential Job Function:
- Identify and cater to member needs through conversations, ensuring that credit union products and services are presented in a way that resonates with their specific requirements, and keep abreast of the full range of credit union policies and offerings.
- Offer advice to customers concerning interest rates, cross-promote various services, and help with the establishment of new share accounts, share draft accounts, and certificates.
- Aids clients in submitting applications for Individual Retirement Accounts and Share Certificates, managing the entry of new account data, and facilitating the requisition of checks and debit cards.
- Responsible for managing cash drawer, conducting member transactions, and processing wire transfers.
- Offering support to individuals in closing their accounts, handling quick cash loan approvals, and organizing the distribution of payroll funds.
- Deals with member concerns, resolves account inconsistencies, and ensures top-notch customer service is provided.
- Offers guidance to clients on closing their accounts and resolving any issues or complaints related to their accounts, facilitates the quick approval and processing of cash loans, and oversees the completion of wire transfers.
- Carries out miscellaneous tasks as instructed.
Education
- Required: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Experience
- Required: 2 years
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: North Carolina license by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
