The main objective of the Lifeguard is to advocate for water safety among pool users and maintain a secure pool environment. This role involves working closely monitored to ensure the pool area is clean and safe, encouraging individuals to make use of the pool for physical fitness, leisure, and recreation.
Responsibilities:
Manages and monitors the pool environment during open swim, lap swim, or programmed sessions to promote safety for all users.
Regulating pool policies to protect individuals from harm and managing urgent situations promptly.
Encourages compliance with the daily commencement and conclusion practices, including chemical analysis, overseeing pool utilization, and the deactivation of all equipment.
Provides lessons on water safety essentials, swimming tactics, and developing strokes to enhance swimmers' skills.
Promoting fitness initiatives and assisting in the maintenance of equipment and cleanliness protocols for the aquatic department.
Engages in additional responsibilities as directed.

Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:REQUIRED
Required:
CPR/AED & First Aid Certified
