Responsibilities:
Conducts patient evaluations in a clinic setting, examines their health background, and analyzes the findings of medical tests to deliver appropriate patient care.
Preventive health screenings are performed according to the patient's age, medical background, and specific requirements in order to deliver proactive healthcare services.
Provides information to patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
Keeps track of patient care information throughout various primary care facilities to guarantee precision in patients' medical backgrounds.
Performs medical procedures following the protocols and clinical responsibilities of the department in outpatient healthcare environments.
Evaluating clinical and systemic challenges can lead to enhancements in outpatient care by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Carries out additional responsibilities as required.

Required:
Valid NC RN and Nurse Midwife or NP license OR NC PA license
Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire by either the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA's OR the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for NP's OR the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Certification required for Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers
IVC Certified within 90 days of employment for Behavorial Health Advance Practice Provider
