FTE: 1 (40 hours/week)
Schedule: 7 days every 2 weeks, every other weekend. Hours of Operation are 8a-8p Monday-Friday, 10a-6p Saturday and Sunday

Responsibilities:
Conducts physical evaluations in a clinical setting, examines the patient's medical background, and analyzes findings from medical exams to deliver appropriate care to the individual.
Administers preventative health assessments tailored to individual patient characteristics to offer anticipatory medical support.
Educating patients and their loved ones regarding specialized medical conditions, treatment options, and post-care procedures.
Keeps a thorough documentation of patient care to guarantee precise recording of patient history across various locations.
Administers specialized medical procedures within an office setting following established department protocols and clinical responsibilities.
Identifying methods to enhance specialty care for outpatients through the examination, resolution, and assessment of clinical and systemic challenges.
Carries out additional responsibilities as requested.

Required:
Valid NC RN and Nurse Midwife or NP license OR NC PA license
Board Certified within 1 year of date of hire by either the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) for PA's OR the American Nursing Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Certification Corporation (NCC) for NP's OR the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) or The American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB)
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) Certification required for Neonatal Advanced Practice Providers
IVC Certified within 90 days of employment for Behavorial Health Advance Practice Provider
