Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care and ensures positive patient outcomes through the compassionate and efficient application of nursing knowledge. Working under general supervision, this role promotes professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Reviews and assesses patient needs and health status within the assigned unit to facilitate the delivery of nursing care that is responsive and appropriate to their individual healthcare requirements.
Examines patient information, including medical records, diagnostic reports, and current health condition, to develop specialized nursing care plans.
Performs nursing procedures including medication administration and treatments to provide quality patient care.
Harmonizes medical records with precision to comply with regulatory standards and internal regulations.
Evaluates patient reactions to treatments and identifies any additional interventions necessary to achieve specified care goals.
Works jointly with a diverse care team to improve the effectiveness of care planning.
Undertakes additional responsibilities as assigned.
