Job Description
The Project Manager Senior leads and manages the development, implementation, and coordination for a variety of operational and strategic projects. This role serves as a project management consultant to advise, coordinate, and oversee the work of operational leaders. This job coordinates activities with various internal and external consultants and stakeholders.
Essential Job Function:
- Strategic planning entails designing a strategic approach for projects by setting clear time frames, outlining major objectives, and defining key deliverables essential for achieving desired outcomes. It focuses on creating a structured project plan that integrates with the company's strategic vision to ensure coherence and alignment with organizational goals.
- Team Leadership entails motivating and steering teams, establishing unity, and reaching informed judgments
- Financial Tracking: Manages project funds by monitoring and recording expenses related to resources, supplies, and outsourced tasks, in coordination with financial specialists to maintain financial conformity and optimize project productivity. Recognizes deviations in expenditure and enforces corrective measures to ensure budgetary control.
- Engaging in communication management means collaborating with project sponsors to design meeting plans and strategies. Demonstrating exceptional written and oral communication proficiency is essential for conveying messages clearly to a range of stakeholders
- Supports interactions and upholds robust relationships with stakeholders, comprising hospital sectors, physicians, suppliers, and regulatory entities, to tackle project-related issues and secure vital approvals.
- Frequently compiles and shares project analyses, comprising updates on progress, performance measures, and critical takeaways with key audiences, including senior executives, team associates, and clients.
- Performance monitoring: Involves in assessments alongside project and portfolio sponsors and stakeholders to detect general or project-specific demands and adjustments, guiding suitable methods for resolution. Monitors project metrics, assesses performance data to recognize areas for enhancement.
- This process involves the identification of potential risks and the development of strategies to minimize their impact.
- Recognizes and tackles problems, resolves conflicting priorities, and adjusts the plan as required. Raises issues and conflicts to a higher level when suitable.
- Resource allocation focuses on enhancing the effective utilization of resources among projects in partnership with the designated portfolio manager, including managing financial resources and assigning personnel.
- Acting as a consultant, stakeholder engagement focuses on establishing and nurturing connections with various stakeholders. It includes collaborating with project sponsors to educate, communicate, bargain, and sustain a continual positive rapport and unified perspective on the program's achievements.
- Collaboration across functions involves monitoring and managing the interdependencies among projects in the portfolio while working harmoniously with varied teams from separate departments to achieve punctual delivery.

Education
- Required: Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- Required: 5 -8 years in project management
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: Project Management Institute Certification (PMP) or Agile Certified Professional (Certified Scrum Master) or Scaled Agile Certified Professional
