Overview:
To ensure the best patient outcomes, the RN uses nursing knowledge, empathy, and efficiency to provide high-quality care. This position works under supervision, collaborates with other healthcare professionals, and promotes professional nursing practice while coordinating patient care.
Responsibilities:
Examines each patient's health status and requirements to deliver the required nursing care in the allocated ward, providing individualized care which meets the patient's specific needs.
Thorough analysis of a patient's medical history, diagnostic reports, and current state of health is essential for creating custom-tailored nursing care plans.
Patient care that is thorough and efficient requires meticulous preparation of nursing processes, which include medication administration and treatments.
Validates the accuracy and compliance of medical records through meticulous reconciliation with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Scrutinizes patient's reaction to treatments and recognizes any additional interventions essential to meet specified care objectives.
By working with diverse healthcare professionals, effective care planning is possible.
Assumes supplementary tasks as deemed necessary.
