Overview:
The RN Per Diem is accountable for ensuring top-notch patient care by applying their nursing knowledge and experience to achieve positive medical outcomes. Under the guidance of senior medical staff, this role works in partnership with other healthcare providers to address complex cases and deliver optimal patient care during designated shifts.
Responsibilities:
Helps healthcare practitioners in delivering patient-centered care by providing support in conducting physical examinations, evaluating lab results, and developing individualized treatment plans.
Processing patient information plays a pivotal role in guiding healthcare decision-making and treatment options.
Assumes responsibility for implementing prescribed medical interventions and treatments, ensuring compliance with protocols and prioritizing patient safety.
Helps improve patient outcomes by working with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to foster effective communication and coordinated care.
Consulting with seasoned healthcare providers for guidance and insight on demanding patient situations and intricate healthcare settings to ensure that optimal care is delivered to patients.
Undertakes different duties as assigned.
