The team at Cone Health Westridge Square Family Medicine in Greensboro is in search of a Family Medicine physician who prioritizes patients and can work effectively in a quality-focused environment. This role is entirely outpatient-based, with comprehensive support from the organization, streamlined procedures, and the opportunity to play a key role in establishing and expanding a new practice.
You will discover gratifying experiences:
- A newly opened healthcare facility specializing in Family Medicine, offering services to patients spanning from newborns to senior citizens based on the physician's confidence
- A planned personnel framework comprising two physicians and three advanced practice professionals
- Partner with a well-established physician offering more than 20 years of practical knowledge
- Physicians are responsible for the supervision of up to two advanced practice providers
- The appointment templates are categorized based on the type of visit, offering either a 20-minute or a 40-minute slot for scheduling
- Point-of-care testing, including services provided by Quest Diagnostics, allows for quick and efficient diagnostic results to be obtained at the same location where the testing is conducted
- Incorporating pharmacists and social workers into collaborative care teams is crucial for optimizing patient care and well-being
- Centralized referral support
- Scheduled extended hours are being considered in anticipation of the practice's growth
