Piedmont Senior Care (PSC), a division of Cone Health, is looking for a Relief Geriatric Physician who is dedicated to delivering high-quality healthcare to older adults. The PSC team specializes in caring for adult and elderly patients in outpatient environments, as well as conducting visits at assisted living and long-term care facilities, some of which have their own clinic services. PSC is currently serving as the Medical Director for seven skilled nursing, assisted living, and nursing home facilities, and is in the process of expanding to more locations.
PSC's continual expansion is driven by its renown for providing top-quality healthcare. The team consists of a tightly-knit group of (4) doctors and (7) Advanced Practice Providers who work together seamlessly.
Established in 1953, Cone Health is a non-profit healthcare organization that operates in several counties in North Carolina. The system consists of six hospitals, five ambulatory care centers, three outpatient surgery centers, seven urgent care centers, a retirement community, over 145 physician practice sites, and various Centers of Excellence.
