Essential Job Function:

- Helps with the evaluation of patient data for directing medical decisions, treatment blueprints, and interventions.
- Aids in carrying out specified medical treatments and interventions to guarantee compliance with established protocols and advance patient safety precautions.
- Supports coordination and communication among healthcare professionals from various disciplines to enhance patient outcomes.
- Consults with seasoned medical professionals for guidance and insights on intricate patient cases and demanding healthcare situations in order to uphold optimal patient welfare.
- Undertakes supplementary tasks as designated.
Education
- Required: Associate's Degree in NursingPreferred: Bachelors Degree in Nursing
Experience
- Required: 1 year as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations
Licensure/Certification/Listing
- Required: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state; BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
