Overview:
An RN is charged with providing outstanding care and achieving beneficial patient outcomes through the comprehensive application of nursing knowledge. Functioning under broad supervision, this role prioritizes effective collaboration and the promotion of nurse-led practices.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing patient requirements and medical conditions is a crucial aspect of nursing care delivery on the assigned unit to ensure that appropriate and direct care is given to each patient.
Personalizes nursing care plans by carefully analyzing patient data, including medical history and diagnostic reports, to provide optimal care.
Executes nursing techniques, like medication administration and recovery regimens to provide comprehensive patient care.
Conducts a comprehensive examination of medical records to ensure compliance with regulations set by the industry and organization.
Reviews patient reactions to treatments and identifies any supplemental interventions that need to be implemented to achieve desired care outcomes.
Engages with a team of healthcare providers to deliver high-quality care.
Performs additional obligations as required.
