Job Description

Overview:

The Program Coordinator's role involves carrying out administrative and operational tasks to support designated programs that involve organizing, overseeing, and harmonizing activities linked to enhancing systems on a broader scale, crafting innovative designs, and providing training. Operating with moderate oversight, this role aids in developing resources, generating fundamental data reports concerning budget details and enhancement results, organizing training sessions, handling participant sign-ups, and monitoring attendance figures.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with hospital management to create, strategize, and execute novel programs or projects that are in line with the institution's strategic objectives and vision to enhance patient results.
  • Manages all program logistics, such as setting up meetings, securing locations, organizing resources and tools, and guaranteeing the efficient implementation of program tasks.
  • Engages with both internal and external stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, staff members, patients, and community collaborators, to encourage involvement in programs, collect input, and validate the importance and efficiency of programs.
  • Gathers and oversees program data, including participation, results, and input.
  • Analyzes data to assess the effectiveness of programs and their influence, communicates results to management, and suggests data-based strategies for enhancement. Aids in the creation and supervision of program finances, monitors spending, and guarantees adherence to financial regulations.
  • Works together with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts aimed at increasing program visibility and engaging potential participants.
  • Develop and execute plans for evaluating programs to gauge their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Compiles routine summaries for management, outlining program results, obstacles, and suggestions for improving or growing the program.
  • Carries out additional tasks as required.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 3 Years of experience.
