Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and achieving favorable patient outcomes by utilizing nursing expertise with compassion and efficiency. Working with minimal oversight, this position encourages professional nursing standards by overseeing patient care using the nursing process and collaborating with various healthcare professionals. Urogynecology, also known as Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery (FPMRS), serves as a specialized field within obstetrics and gynecology that concentrates on diagnosing, evaluating, and treating pelvic floor dysfunctions in women. Typical ailments include stress and urgency urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, fecal incontinence, voiding problems, and defecatory disorders. Treatment options range from holistic conservative approaches like behavior modifications, pelvic floor therapy, and medication usage to advanced reconstructive surgeries and minimally invasive procedures.
