Job Description
Overview:
The Manager Nursing leads a team of experienced professionals in delivering high-caliber nursing services. They are responsible for implementing policies and strategies to yield immediate outcomes and driving the execution of critical divisional, departmental, or collaborative projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervises a team of skilled professionals to maintain the high standards of service delivery.
Directs the implementation of significant divisional, departmental, or cross-functional projects, creating explicit goals, objectives, and requirements to facilitate efficient communication and achievement.
Manages the team in developing and implementing procedures to ensure they are consistent with company policies and industry best practices.
Supports openings and advice for advanced approaches, utilizing wisdom and observations to boost results and efficacy.
Undertakes supplementary assignments as instructed.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:
Required:Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
