Overview:
The Practice Administrator oversees the general well-being and operations of 1-4 practices or 8-25 total providers within a specific region or specialized group (such as Primary Care or Specialty). The primary responsibilities of a Practice Administrator include guaranteeing the presence of strong leadership at each site and ensuring that the practice is meeting or exceeding performance expectations in various key areas, including true north and financial metrics.
Responsibilities:
Maximizing access availability and volumes is achieved by optimizing provider templates, addressing obstacles to provider productivity, and increasing patient interaction time to enhance both patient satisfaction and practice revenue.
Ensures consistent staffing levels are met, encourages team involvement, and enables teams to tackle daily challenges and obstacles, working alongside the Director in provider recruitment efforts and effectively resolving any provider-related issues in a timely manner.
Collaborates with the Director and healthcare professionals regarding provider agreements, showcasing expertise in the Resource-Based Relative Value Scale (RBRVS) and how it influences reimbursement and payment, leading to improved relationships with providers and increased profitability for the practice.
Upholds internal policies, procedures, and regulatory mandates across business divisions to guarantee adherence and uphold exceptional standards of patient care and operational efficiency.
Oversees the TNM results for individual business sectors, developing performance indicators together with site supervisors to monitor daily TNM advances, and makes preemptive adjustments to operations and protocols when indicators fall short, guaranteeing a constant enhancement in both patient services and operational effectiveness.
Facilitates the meeting of financial goals within the business sectors by consistently evaluating financial information, applying solutions for discrepancies, supervising correct financial protocols such as cash management, billing, categorization, and financial workflow, and assuming responsibility for revenue cycle results, including measures to enhance revenue and account receivables.
