Overview:
The role of Manager Nursing involves managing a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality nursing services. This position entails overseeing policy and strategy implementation to achieve short-term results and leading the execution of critical initiatives within specific divisions, departments, or across functions.
Responsibilities:
- Manages a group of proficient experts to ensure the provision of top-tier services.
- Manages the implementation of pivotal divisional, departmental, or cross-functional initiatives, setting clear objectives, goals, and expectations to enable effective communication and execution.
- Oversees the team in developing and enacting procedures to align with company policies and best practices.
- Backs opportunities and guidance for upgraded methodologies, utilizing acquaintance and insights to enhance achievements and efficiency.
- Carries out any other tasks as specified.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Required: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
EXPERIENCE:
Required: 5 years as a Registered Nurse with 1 year in a clinical specialty as defined by ANCC or national nursing organizations.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY/LISTING:Required:
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
