This position involves the monitoring of security logs and user activities within Workday to detect any unusual behavior, insider threats, or unauthorized access attempts. The analyst is also responsible for evaluating configuration changes, system updates, and new functionalities to ensure that security controls are in line with the cybersecurity standards of the organization. Additionally, the analyst oversees the security of integrations between Workday and both internal and third-party systems, ensuring that secure authentication, API usage, and protection of sensitive data are maintained. Lastly, the analyst provides support for compliance and audit requirements, maintains documentation of security controls, and assists with investigations or incident response activities related to the Workday environment.
