Overview:
The Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) delivers excellent patient care within a clinic environment, with oversight from supervisors. In this position, there is cooperation with physicians or Advanced Practice Providers (APP) to maintain a smooth and secure clinic atmosphere by following precise clinical procedures and upholding existing guidelines. Additionally, administrative tasks may be undertaken by the Clinic RN, including cross-checking details in different medical records like patient files, doctor's observations, test results, and therapy outlines.
Responsibilities:
Examines clinical processes, guidelines, and methodologies to verify alignment with specified institutional criteria and legal obligations.
Delivers hands-on patient care; performs thorough evaluations, gives medications and therapies, and supervises patients' progress for the best possible health results.
Guides and evaluates the performance of junior staff members, offering advice, constructive criticism, and assistance to enhance the quality of services rendered and foster their career growth.
Works together with diverse teams from various fields to organize patient treatment, enhance interaction, and ensure seamless care delivery in diverse healthcare environments.
Carries out additional tasks as required.
