Overview:
Your daily duties will include the procurement, retrieval, delivery, and replenishment of supplies to meet patient and departmental needs within a predetermined timeframe.
Responsibilities:
As part of the process, inventory must be rotated according to best practices to minimize waste, reduce spoilage, and ensure that the oldest items get sold first, keeping stock fresh.
Keeps inventory levels in check by frequently updating and modifying par levels, and making necessary changes to forms and labels.
Daily inventory accuracy, the effectiveness of cycle counting, and the electronic supply replenishment are the person's responsibility.
It is mandatory for the assigned staff to maintain a clean and tidy environment in their respective areas of responsibility while also organizing the products correctly.
Communicates effectively with departments and end users, while maintaining a strong orientation towards service.
Qualifications:
Prospective candidates must have earned a High School Diploma or an equivalent degree
Experience:
Experience in Problem-Solving.
A background of one (1) to three (3) years in healthcare Materials Management or another connected Supply Chain area is essential.
