Overview:
The primary duty of the Registered Nurse (RN) is to provide top-notch patient care and guarantee successful patient outcomes by utilizing nursing knowledge with empathy and efficiency. Under a level of supervision, this position advances professional nursing standards by organizing patient care through the nursing process and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
Examines patient needs and medical conditions within the unit to deliver nursing care that is tailored to each patient's requirements and ensures comprehensive support is provided.
Examines patient data, such as medical histories, diagnostic results, and current state of health, to design individualized nursing care plans.
Carries out nursing protocols like dispensing medications and conducting treatments to provide comprehensive and efficient patient support.
Confirms the accuracy and compliance of medical records with both regulatory standards and internal policies.
Evaluating how patients respond to interventions and pinpointing any further actions needed to achieve specified care objectives.
Partners with an interdisciplinary care team to optimize the planning of patient care.
Undertakes supplementary duties as needed.
