Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing excellent patient care and guaranteeing successful patient results by utilizing nursing knowledge in a caring and effective manner. Working under broad supervision, this position encourages professional nursing standards by managing patient care through the nursing process and cooperation with multiple healthcare disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Reviews patient needs and conditions within the assigned unit to ensure the provision of nursing care that addresses each patient's individual needs accurately.
Reviews patient records, diagnostic outcomes, and existing health status to create customized nursing care blueprints.
Carries out nursing procedures, like administering medication and treatments, to offer comprehensive and effective patient care.
Aligns medical records with regulatory standards and internal policies to verify their correctness.
Reviews patient responses to interventions and pinpoints additional interventions required to meet specific care goals.
Engages with a multidisciplinary care group to secure well-thought-out care plans.
Performs extra responsibilities as directed.
