Overview:
The duty of the Registered Nurse (RN) involves providing high-caliber patient care and securing positive patient outcomes through the empathetic and proficient application of nursing expertise. With oversight, this position fosters professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and collaborative efforts with various healthcare specialties.
Responsibilities:
Reviews patient needs and health circumstances in the designated unit, ensuring the provision of individualized nursing care to fulfill each patient's specific requirements.
Examines patient information, which includes medical history, diagnostic findings, and current health status, to craft personalized nursing care proposals.
Executes nursing processes, like administering medication and treatments, to offer thorough and effective patient care.
Ensures that medical records are in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies through a reconciliation process.
Analyzes patient feedback to interventions and identifies the need for extra interventions to fulfill defined care objectives.
Participates in interdisciplinary teamwork to ensure cohesive care planning processes.
Completes other duties as instructed.
