Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) offers exceptional patient care and guarantees positive patient outcomes through the empathetic and proficient application of nursing knowledge. Under general supervision, this position advocates for professional nursing practice by coordinating patient care through the nursing process and collaboration across various disciplines.
Responsibilities:
Reviews patient needs and health conditions within the designated unit to deliver tailored nursing support and ensure that each patient receives quality care.
Reviews patient records, analyzing medical history, diagnostic outcomes, and current health status, in order to craft customized nursing care plans.
Designs nursing approaches, like administering medications and therapies, to ensure comprehensive and impactful patient support.
Validates the precision of medical records by cross-referencing them with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Assessing the patient's feedback to interventions and identifying any supplementary interventions necessary to fulfill the defined care goals.
Works in coordination with a diverse care team to ensure thorough care planning.
Undertakes any other duties as required.
