Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides outstanding patient care and secures positive patient outcomes by implementing nursing expertise with compassion and efficiency. Within this role, working under general supervision, the RN supports professional nursing standards by organizing patient care using the nursing process and interdisciplinary cooperation.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates patient conditions and necessities on the assigned unit to provide appropriate nursing care that fulfills their requirements adequately.
Processes patient data, such as medical history, diagnostic findings, and current condition, to create personalized nursing care plans.
Constructs nursing methodologies, such as medication administration and treatments, to offer holistic and efficient patient care.
Accredits medical documents to uphold accuracy and meet regulatory and organizational standards.
Reviewing the patient's response to interventions and determining the need for additional actions to achieve the established care objectives.
Teams up with an interdisciplinary care group to guarantee coordinated care planning.
Executes tasks as delegated.
