Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care and securing positive patient outcomes through the compassionate and efficient application of nursing knowledge. Responsibilities:

Examines patient data, such as medical background, test findings, and present state, to create personalized nursing care strategies.
Carries out nursing protocols like dispensing medications and conducting treatments to provide comprehensive and efficient patient support.
Ensures that medical records are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies for accuracy and compliance.
Analyzing the patient's response to treatments and determining any additional measures needed to fulfill specified care targets.
Works together with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to guarantee efficient coordination of care planning.
Manages other duties as delegated.
